How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Donaldtrees Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Donaldtrees Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Donaldtrees Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@donaldtrees.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
